TikTok trends for December 2023
TikTok trends in December or the month of gifts or Jingle Bells and other derivatives were the occasion on TikTok for novelties, and brands, as usual, took full advantage.
December is also a well-known month for all of us who use Spotify, as it’s Spotify Wrapped time. In a nutshell, the app shows you what, as well as who you listened to the most in the previous year. That’s how they announced it on TikTok:
Of course, it’s become a trend altogether, being very foldable and comical. You can see how Ryanair used it here.
Who’s been watching Gilmore Girls? Hands uuuuuup! A sound from the show went viral in December and became a trend. It was used to show that something mainstream, maybe to someone it’s not so mainstream 😊 Dunkin, who makes really cute content, used it as part of the TikTok trend in December.
You know that trend that was super forced in Romania, with AI, where we made this avatar Andrei more and more Romanian, extra Romanian, ultra Romanian, etc? Fenty Beauty did that with their highlighter to make him more and more sparkly.

It’s cuffing season and all the girls… eh, you know the drill. The cuffing season trend has been a constant cold season trend on TikTok for a couple of years now. The girls are really into it. Every time it pops up, I wonder why. Even Crocs has figured out what to do:
